Technology in the classroom is definitely a useful thing. Students today have grown up with the advancement in technology, and there are so many tools that can benefits these learners. This link shows many different forms of assisstive technology that can be used in the classroom. Since I will have a Special Education classroom of my own in the future, I know I will have many students that use assisstive technology everyday. It is important that I know as much as I can about their assistive technology so I know how it helps them.
The iPads are an awesome way to integrate technology in a special education classroom! There are many different applications and learning games that help the children learn.
